Welcome to The Blue Dress Barn

The Blue Dress Barn introduced the wedding barn concept to the public in 2003.   Making them proud, happy and experienced leaders in the Wedding Barn industry for over a decade.

The creators, Amelia & Kirby Briske are cutting-edge designers & fine artists who met in Chicago where they were both influenced by the city's art and culture.

The Blue Dress Barn is an accomplished & refined wedding barn with generations of history which paves the way for an exceptional experience on your special day. The barn is open seasonally May thru October and offers a timeless white-washed wood exterior along with a vast Gambrel roof for up to 250 people. This venue is noted as being the largest and most comfortable wedding barn in Michigan.

The Blue Dress Barn features two ceremony sites from which to choose. The first is a traditional and well-loved site between two historic 40' silos where ceremonies have taken place for the past 14 years. The second site is a prairie setting that sits upon a bed of grasslands and features handcrafted birch pergola and bench seating.

The gardens around the barn are mature and the walking paths are well worn from the love of brides and grooms and their family and friends.  You and your guests will remember the heartfelt treasure of The Blue Dress Barn for years to come.
